Just briefly about myself, my husband died a few years ago after a business accident, since then I've been very withdrawn and speaking to only a few people. Lately, I've been staying in a lot more and I am in need of contact with other people. I lead quite a calm life, I am easy going, meditating a lot, reading meditation books, listening to music and listening to my inner self. When it is nice weather I enjoy my garden, gardening helps me with the stress of work.
